The gorgeous sea view is hard to look away from. With a spacious dining table and comfortable swivel chairs around the coffee table, this area is designed to maximise the sea view and the beautiful bush setting that is Karragarra Island.
You will love the comfortable queen bed and ceiling fan in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a comfortable double bed and large built in robes. Comfort is taken care of with a reverse cycle air conditioner / heater and ceiling fan.
The spacious, well appointed kitchen has a great layout for you to cook your own meals. The kitchen has a coffee machine, milk frother, air fryer, ice and filtered cold water dispenser, dishwasher, oven and hotplates, microwave oven.
The spacious bathroom is right next door to the bedrooms to allow for easy access and with a beautiful deep claw-foot bath to help you relax
The comfortable lounge room is a place to relax and unwind. A 55 inch TV is installed which includes the use of Netflix. There is also a workstation setup for laptop use if required.
The outside of the property is stunning with the gorgeous butterfly garden.
